Try This Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding with Raspberry Avocado Mousse

Chocolate Chia Pudding Ingredients

Recipe adapted from Minimalist Baker 

  • 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) almond milk

  • 1/3 cup (63 g) chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup (24 g) unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 2-5 Tbsp (30-75 ml) maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
